Each year we grow a small amount of chilis for local restaurants. Here, we take Chili de Arbol (15,000 Scoville) and Serrano (16,500 Scoville), harvest them fresh at peak flavor, blend with a dash of vinegar, and then infuse into our own Wildflower Honey to make this farm fresh Hot Pepper Honey.
